![]() This user tried to rename that folder and was unable to because of similar errors. In another instance, there was a newer folder that only one user had open on his machine, no other users had ever even gone into this folder because it was so new and hidden deep within subfolders. Also, check the server to see if any files are claiming it's open but not open by a user at the end of the day before the updates run. I would recommend users to restart their computers at the end of each day they are using it. This appears to have no effect and I am still unable to rename the folder in question. It's a known problem I have experienced with Windows saying it's open but not really. In Computer Management, Open Files I will highlight every file/folder contained within the folder I'm trying to rename, and will Close Open File. The big issue here is that this problem is preventing me from being able to rename folders or filenames, I always get the "can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program" error. Most of the users you're seeing here have NO windows or files open in Finder when this screenshot was taken.
